Our products include baby mobiles, soft toys, baby activity toys, play mats, rattles, chimes, teethers, blankets, bibs and bedding products. We also build sounds and lights into many of our products, making them popular items in our target markets. One hundred percent of our products are exported to Europe and the US, and are appreciated by many renowned companies such as Tommy and Walmart.
Monthly capacity of 600,000 pieces
We have a 5,000m2 factory manned by 400 employees, who produce up to 600,000 pieces every month. They utilize a suite of advanced equipment, including 600 sewing machines, six finishing lines, two electronic assembly lines, an XRF analyzer, an X-ray check system and six tunnel metal detectors.
20 new items every month
Our designers, with up to eight years of experience each, can release 20 new products monthly. And our 50-member customization team can realize your ideas within seven days.
4 QC staff at each production line
All of the raw materials we source meet the standards of markets in Europe and the US. And we have four QC staff, with up to 12 years of experience, monitoring each production line to ensure quality. As a result, we have never had any of our products returned.
