Woodfield Toys has been manufacturing baby products since 2009. Our products include soft toys, activity toys, playmats, rattles, chimes, teethers, blankets, bibs, and bedding products. We also built sounds and lights into many of our products, making them popular items in our target markets. All our products are exported to Europe and the US and are highly appreciated by many renowned companies such as Tommy and Walmart.
Monthly Capacity of 150,000 Pieces
Our factory covering an area of 5,000 square meters is manned by 400 employees and can produce up to 150,000 pieces every month. We also utilize advanced equipment, including 600 sewing machines, six finishing lines, two electronic assembly lines, an XRF analyzer, an X-ray checking system, and six tunnel metal detectors.

Our designers with up to eight years of experience can release 20 new products monthly. Moreover, our 50-member customization team can turn your ideas into real products within seven days.
Four QC Auditors Assigned to Each Production Line
All of the raw materials we source meet the standards of European and American markets. We also have four QC auditors with up to 12 years of experience who monitor each production line to ensure quality. As a result, we have never had any of our products returned.
